Pricing
- Starter Build: US$599 one-time setup fee + US$149/month continuous optimization subscription
- Growth Build: US$1,599 one-time setup fee + US$149/month continuous optimization subscription
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Currency conversion rates at the time of payment are applied by Stripe.
Additional Fees
No additional fees apply beyond the listed prices. Customers are responsible for their own internet connection costs required to access the service.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments processed via Stripe. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.
Payment Timing
- One-time setup fee: Charged in full at the time of order
- Monthly subscription: Automatically charged every 30 days from the contract start date
Service Delivery
- Initial build: Completed within 14 business days from contract
- Continuous optimization: Begins on the contract start date, with weekly improvements implemented thereafter
Refunds and Cancellations
Atolio is a service-based offering. Refunds are not provided once the service has commenced.
In the event of material non-performance attributable to Atolio, we will discuss appropriate remedies with the affected customer in good faith.
The monthly continuous optimization subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
